At I CHOOSE ME Apparel, every item is made just for you — printed on demand once you place your order. Because of this, our return policy works a little differently than a standard retail store.
Custom, Made-to-Order Items Since your item is created specifically for your order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
We encourage you to check our size chart carefully before ordering.
Defects, Damage & Errors We stand behind the quality of every piece. If your order arrives with any of the following, we’ll make it right at no cost to you:
- A manufacturing defect (printing error, damaged fabric, etc.)
- Item damaged during shipping
- Wrong item or wrong size shipped (our error, not yours)
To request a replacement or refund:
- Email us at sales@ichoosemeapparel.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and a photo of the issue
- We’ll review and respond within 2 business days with next steps — typically a free replacement or full refund
Order Cancellations Since production begins shortly after you order, we can only accommodate cancellation requests submitted within 1 hour of purchase. Email sales@ichoosemeapparel.com immediately if you need to cancel. After this window, your order will already be in production and cannot be modified or canceled.
Lost Packages If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it remains unresolved after 5 business days, contact us and we’ll help investigate.eturns.
